Waris Larmandier Racines de Trois - Brut

NV Champagne from France. This blend features 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier. The Cuvée Racines de Trois symbolizes the 'three roots' of Waris - Larmandier. Three siblings contribute to this project, using grapes from three Champagne regions (Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and Côte des Bar). All grapes are hand - picked and then traditionally pressed. The free - run juice undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeast, followed by a natural malolactic fermentation. After the second fermentation, it ages on the lees in bottles for 24 - 36 months, developing classic bread dough and toast flavors that go well with its bright acidity and citrus notes. Enjoy it alone or pair it with soft, salty cheese.

To enjoy this champagne, simply chill it in the fridge for a few hours until it's at a nice cold temperature. Pop the cork gently and pour it into a champagne flute. You can drink it on its own as a refreshing treat, or pair it with soft, salty cheese for a delicious combination. Keep the champagne in a cool, dark place when not in use.
