In 2015, Ameztoi crafted this wonderful bubbly from Hondarrabi Zuri grapes in Txakolina, Spain. Ameztoi, an organic winery founded in 1880, has been family - run for five generations. Nestled in northern Spain overlooking the Bay of Biscay, the vineyard benefits from warm sea breezes. This sparkling wine is made from old Hondarrabi Zuri vines using the classic champenoise method and aged on the lees for 6 years. It offers a refreshing acidity with notes of lemon, pear, apple, and a zesty finish. It's a perfect match for canapes or desserts like pastries.
