This 2018 red wine blend hails from the Columbia Valley in Washington. It consists of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 12% Cabernet Franc. Avennia is a fantastic winery in Washington State's Columbia Valley. The American Viticultural Area (AVA) is huge, spanning 18,000 square miles or 11 million acres. It covers nearly half of Washington State and a small part of Oregon south of the Columbia River.
