This 2020 wine is made from 100% Solaris, a hybrid PIWI grape that's naturally resistant to fungus. Cantina Roeno's Solaris offers tropical and floral aromas. The extended contact with lees adds a creamy touch. It pairs perfectly with Mediterranean appetizers, light seafood, or fresh summer vegetable dishes.
