Day Wines, 'Vin de Days' Blanc

This 2022 white wine is a harmonious blend crafted from 33% Muller Thurgau, 30% Riesling, 20% Pinot Blanc, 14% Pinot Gris, and 3% Muscat. Sourced from the beautiful Willamette Valley in Oregon, it brings a taste of the region's fertile land. Brianne Day, a Pacific Northwest native with extensive winemaking experience across four continents, created this gem. Besides her eponymous label, she established Day Camp, a tasting room and cooperative winery for small producers in the area. 'Vin de Days' is an Alsatian - style blend from organically farmed vineyards. It's made through native yeast fermentations with minimal human intervention. On the palate, it's a burst of pink apple, juicy peach, cherry blossom, and spicy ginger flavors. This makes it an ideal wine to pair with sushi or soft ripe cheeses, adding a touch of elegance to your meal.

To enjoy this wine, first, chill it in the refrigerator for about an hour. When you're ready to drink, pour it into a white - wine glass slowly to let the flavors unfold.
