Product Description
This 2019 Domaine de Baal 'Le Petit Baal' is an organic red wine blend. It consists of 80% Syrah and 20% Cinsault. When you think of the world's wine regions, Lebanon might not be the first to come to mind. However, its viticultural history stretches back nearly 7000 years. Situated on the eastern edge of the Mediterranean Sea, the region has a dry, sunny climate, cooled by the sea and the mountain altitude, creating perfect conditions for growing various grape varieties. Winemaker Sebastien Khoury, after training in Saint - Emilion in Bordeaux, founded Domaine de Baal. The estate, at an elevation of 1200m, offers a stunning view of the Bekaa Valley. In the glass, 'Le Petit Baal' shows a deep ruby color. It has bold flavors of dark plum, blackberry compote, and licorice, with hints of Mediterranean herbs, black pepper, and tobacco leaf on the finish. This bottle pairs wonderfully with grilled lamb kebabs.
To enjoy this Domaine de Baal 'Le Petit Baal' red wine blend, simply pour it into a wine glass at room temperature. Let it breathe for a few minutes to enhance the aroma. As for food pairing, it goes really well with grilled lamb kebabs, but you can also try it with other grilled meats. When storing, keep the bottle in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and strong vibrations. Remember, it's best consumed within a few years after purchase to enjoy its full flavor. Also, don't forget to share it with friends and family for a great time.
