Estate Argyros 'Atlantis' Blanc

This 2020 white wine is a blend of 95% Assyrtiko and 5% Aidani and Athiri from the Aegean Islands, Greece. Santorini, a beautiful island, is the home of Assyrtiko. This textured white wine doesn't go through oak aging. It has a floral and lively taste. Assyrtiko can be really delicious after 8 - 10 years, but it's also easy to enjoy when young. It offers flavors of ripe tropical fruit and Meyer lemon, with a steely, mineral - driven finish.

To enjoy this wine, simply chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. It pairs well with seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes. When storing, keep it in a cool, dark place.
