Hofgut Falkenstein 'Niedermenninger Herrenberg' - Spätburgunder - Mosel

This is a 2018 Pinot Noir from the Mosel region in Germany. The grapes are hand - harvested and the wine is gravity - fed throughout the process. It uses only native yeasts for spontaneous fermentation. Before bottling in the spring, it matures on lees in 1,000L barrels for 3 to 9 months.
