In Situ Family Vineyards, established in 1974 by José Vicente and his son Horacio, made a mark after 20 years of growing wine grapes by building a modern winery in Chile’s Aconcagua Valley. The grapes for this Reserva Pinot Noir are sourced from a single plot just 24 km from the Pacific Ocean in the Casablanca Valley. Thanks to Chile’s unique geography, an 'air - conditioner effect' occurs, drawing in ocean air to cool the coastal areas, making it an ideal spot for Pinot Noir. Aged for 8 months in French and American oak, this wine offers enticing aromas of dark, macerated cherries, a hint of toastiness, and soft tannins. It pairs splendidly with grilled Pacific Salmon.
