La Follette's 'Los Primeros' carries on the tradition of representing Sonoma County's coastal wines. The entire wine was aged in stainless - steel tanks. To preserve the grape's freshness, 53% of the Chardonnay skipped malolactic fermentation. The remaining 47% was aged in new and neutral French Oak to add depth, complexity, and a great mouthfeel.
