Since 1984, when Matilda Poggi took over from her father to become the owner and winemaker, it has been her passion project. Matilda focuses on growing native grape varieties, with Garganega being one of her top picks. The vines, averaging 29 years old, thrive in the unique Mediterranean climate of this area, which imparts an elegance to the wines.
