This 2015 red blend from Tollini Vineyard is a harmonious mix. Composed of 40% Petite Sirah, 32% Syrah, 18% Carignane, and 10% Grenache, the Peterson 'Mendo Blendo' offers a rich and complex flavor profile.

To enjoy this wine, simply open the bottle and let it breathe for about 30 minutes before serving. It's best served at a temperature between 60 - 65°F.
