Echeverria 'No es Pituko' - Viognier

This 2020 Viognier comes from the Curico Valley in Chile. 'It's Not Snobby' is a natural wine, neither fined nor filtered. It features an inviting aroma with notes of flowers, green melon rind, and sweet wax. The wine is hazy and slightly yeasty, offering flavors of pear, apple, and a hint of jalapeño. It pairs perfectly with Cashew Chicken Stir - Fry!
