This 2022 Sauvignon Blanc hails from Baja California, Mexico. After World War 1, Don Angelo Cetto, originally from Italy, settled in Baja California. In the late 1920s, he started making fortified wine, which was a hit in the US because of Prohibition laws. He used the profits to buy more land and plant vines. Now, the estate is run by the third - generation winemaker, Luis Alberto. L.A. Cetto is the oldest vineyard in the area and the biggest wine producer in Mexico.
