Nikolaihof 'Hefeabzug' - Gruner Veltliner

This 2020 Gruner Veltliner hails from the Wachau region in Austria. The winery's history goes way back to 63 AD when a Roman fort named Favianus was built. In 1894, Anton and Anna Saahs bought the estate and passed it down through generations. Now, Nikolaus Saahs Jr. runs it and keeps up the biodynamic farming started in 1971. This wine bursts with flavors of cherry blossom, anise, and flint, with a wonderful mineral taste. It's the perfect match for your favorite spicy Thai food!
